I’m not looking to fill a seat. I’m looking for people who want to build an insurance business at a pace that fits their life, starting with honest conversations instead of sales scripts.
The Details:
Is this a job?
Not in the traditional sense. You’d be an independent contractor (1099), which means you run your own business with my support behind you, not a boss watching the clock.
How do I get paid?
Through commission on the business you write. What you earn depends on your own effort and results, so I’ll be honest with you about what that looks like when you’re starting out.
Do I need experience?
Nope. You’ll need a [Life & Health] insurance license, and we’ll walk you through getting it step by step.
Are there any costs?
A few, and I’ll go over them before you commit: [licensing exam, E&O coverage, background check, etc]. No surprises.
What does my schedule look like?
Whatever fits your life. Many people start part-time around a job or family and grow from there. It’s fully remote.
Will I be on my own?
Never. You’ll get weekly trainings, real mentorship from me, a Senior Partner, and a team of others at different stages.
Who would I be working with?
You’d contract through an independent insurance brokerage, and I’ll share all the details on our first call.
Referral Partner Program
Are you a real estate agent, mortgage broker, accountant, or other professional who runs into insurance questions but doesn’t want to handle them yourself?
Once licensed and appointed, referral partners can earn a commission split on business closed from their referrals. It’s a simple way to add value for your clients without stepping outside your lane.

Team Builder
Keep producing personally while also mentoring others who are building alongside you, with support from people who’ve done it before.
Independent Producer
Build your own client relationships on your own schedule.
Most people start part-time while they figure out whether it’s the right fit.
Two Paths, Depending on What You Want:
Curious?
Let’s have a no-pressure conversation about whether this fits your goals. No commitment, just answers.

Results vary and depend on individual effort, licensing, and market conditions. No specific level of income is guaranteed. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an offer of employment.
